The prices vary depending on the service and the customer request. However our pricing is mastered and fair calculated so you only have to pay the right needed.

From Dakar our price strats from 23.000 F CFA (about 35€). The price includes the following package:

  • The shuttle service with a professional driver
  • Carburant
  • Airport parking fees

Sen'Drive Solutions accompany our customers on their displacements over all Senegalese territory. For displacements outer Senegal country, you could contact our customer services for a specific treatment of your demand.

For pick-up or drop off of your car, our parking is located to HLM Hann Maristes near to the service station EDK. From EDK station, you could join us by phone on +221 77 113 29 23, we will be happy to assist you.

We cover displacements on the whole Senegalese territory. However for specific request, you could contact our customer service for a personalized offer.

The shuttles are private thus individual. However you are allow to share your shuttle with other passengers when it is specified while making your order.

For online payment you have the possibility to choice your devise between XOF (F CFA) and € (Euro). However payments at agency is only possible in local devises F CFA.

Sen'Drive Solutions offers to individual and professional who want to propose their car(s) to rent a rental management.

Cash payments are possible in our agency. Sen'Drive Solutions offer you the possiblity to use cash transfert for cash payments from abroad (Western union, Moneygram, ...) or local money transfer payment (Orange Money, Wari, Joni Joni,...).

We offer to our customers regular shuttles services for their Home < > Office displacements or Home < > School for their childrens. These requests are handled exclusively on a case by case basis.

Our Market or Vehicle Purchase Assistance service offers a turnkey service for the purchase of your new or 2nd han car. Our engineers provide you with professional advice and elaborate with you full specifications to orientate to car models which suit best to your needs. Our team will purchase the vehicle in Europe and handle for you all the administrative formalities from the shipment to the transfer of the vehicle to your name. As BONUS, the first technical control of your vehicle is offer by Sen'Drive Solutions as proof of the realiability of the purchased product.

Unfortunately, we do not offer rentals by the hour. Rentals are only by the day.

For any reservation request (shuttle or rental), a deposit of 30% is necessary to validate the reservation. The remainder must be paid before the service. Except in exceptional cases for B2B orders.

For any request to modify or cancel your reservation, you must contact the agency, online from your customer area, by phone or by going directly to the agency with the reservation confirmation email.
Are there any fees to pay in case of modification or cancellation of my order?
1.    Modification of a reservation

- There is no charge for changing an order. However, the agency reserves the right to validate or not the desired modifications, subject to internal availability.

2.    Cancellation of a reservation 

If the cancellation occurs :
- more than 48 hours before departure: the amount of the reservation is refunded
- less than 48 hours before departure: except in case of force majeure as defined by the Senegalese courts, the amount of the reservation remains with the agency if its amount is less than or equal to 50,000 XOF. It is refunded after deduction of an amount of 50,000 XOF if it is greater than 50,000 XOF.

The average time for the replacement of a vehicle depends on several parameters (the distance, the time, the diagnosis of the breakdown, the availability of vehicles in the agency...).
